A large range of subjects may be studied at evening classes in
Leighton Buzzard and Linslade. Most courses are provided by Central
Bedfordshire Council but there are others provided by local colleges
or private individuals
Bedfordshire Adult and Community Learning Service
Central Bedfordshire Council provide many classes covering all types of subjects. These are held in local schools and colleges and usually start in September (not all are in the evening). The fees for these courses vary depending on the subject and course length, special rates are available for those not in full time employment.
The courses cover a wide range of subjects including computing, handicrafts, languages plus the opportunity to catch up with the subjects you did not pass at school. A brochure is usually published in the summer detailing all the local courses this information is also sometimes printed in the local press.

The Learning Warehouse offers a range of courses including, Art, Photography, Languages, Book keeping, Health and safety, Food hygiene, Counselling, Hairdressing, Basic Skills & Para legal training
Plus ICT courses for all levels from beginners to web design and applications and
