Leighton-Linslade Youth Forum
The Leighton-Linslade Youth Forum are young people from Leighton-Linslade and the surrounding area who work with the Town Council to provide better amenities for 12-21 year olds in the area.
They provide an opportunity for young people to put forward ideas  for improving their environment. They organise events such as the youth arts festival and have been successful in  projects including TACTIC Teenage Advice and Information Centre and the Skate Park in town.

Leighton Buzzard Fire Station -  Fire Cadet Scheme
This is a great scheme for young people between 15 to 18 years of age to acquire practical skills and technical knowledge and to encourage team spirit, self discipline and leadership skills. There is no charge, a uniform and relevant training will be provided and occasional trips will be funded by the scheme.  Contact: Kevin Moores - Station Commander at the Fire Station on 01525 372342
